Responsibilities Facilitate all aspects of HR, including but not limited to:
Support management with recruiting, hiring, and terminations Support management with coaching and counseling requirements and documentation Conduct orientation and training programs Monitor training compliance and schedule staff Assist management with compensation documentation and recommendations Conduct harassment and incident investigation Timesheet administration, corrections, and approvals Assist Payroll Admin with payroll duties Maintain and update job requirements and job descriptions Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Skills We Seek HR management Health, dental, vision, 401 (k) benefits administration Employee performance management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace (i.
e.
