Responsibilities of the Client Service Trainee:
Engage with customers and potential customers with a professional and courteous manner Promote our client's products designed to help connect customers with the leading telecommunications company in the country Identify customer's unique needs and offer sound solutions while navigating within company and client guidelines.
Use sound due diligence in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines prior to signing off on documents Effectively market and promote telecommunications services with the goal of closing sales/enrolling new customers Uphold strict confidentiality when working with customers and handling private/sensitive information.
Requirements of the Client Service Trainee:
Prior experience in customer service or client services Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers.
Strong organization skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills.
