You will be responsible for all data entry into our CRM, uploading of contracts, revisions and information is up to date at all times.
Other offices duties will also be included as needed.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries (High Volume of Calls) Provide information about their status on their projects Document and update customer records based on interactions Data Entry
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales and phone etiquette (English and Spanish Speaking is a MUST) Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive, friendly and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Patience and Accuracy Data Entry (50 wpm), Excel (Advanced) and Microsoft Office Job Type:
