This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including tenant relations, property maintenance, and landscaping, while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance and Management:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of medical and office properties, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Schedule regular inspections and maintenance checks to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
Coordinate landscaping efforts to ensure the exterior aesthetics and functionality of the properties.
Tenant Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Foster positive relationships with tenants, aiming for high tenant satisfaction and retention.
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and industry regulations, especially focusing on the specific needs of medical facilities.
Keep abreast of changes in regulations and laws affecting property management, implementing changes as necessary.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Monitor expenditure, optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and landscaping, ensuring quality service delivery.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and tenant relations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Certification in Property Management is a plus.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on retail and office spaces.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant interaction.
Knowledge of property maintenance, including landscaping and specialized medical facility needs.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and standards.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing issues and challenges.
Working Conditions Regular on-site presence is required.
May require availability outside of standard business hours for emergency property issues.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, and commercial properties - Ensure all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance - Manage lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and rent collection - Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to property management - Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality work and cost-effective solutions - Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates - Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about rental rates and property trends - Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management --Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations - Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations - Proficient in file organization and record keeping for efficient property management operations - Experience with real estate administrative tasks such as lease agreements and tenant screening - Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for maintenance tracking - Professional phone etiquette to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders - Accurate data entry skills for maintaining property records and financial information As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
