Handles all general office duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
-Deal directly with customers interested in selling unwanted gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and coins.
-Test and price items based on specific company standards.
-Answer telephone and in-person questions regarding the precious metal buying process.
-Other duties/tasks as assigned.
Education/
Experience:
-High School Diploma / GED.
-Basic computer operation required.
-Must have good interpersonal skills / communication skills.
-Basic math skills are required.
-Professionalism on the phone and in person.
Benefits:

$16/hr for entry level but if experienced pay could be higher if eligible.
Commission opportunities and bonus potential.
Commissions can range from $500 to $4,000 and up a month.
