Responsibilities:
Conduct research projects on various topics, gather and analyze data, and provide recommendations for decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist in selecting brand names and product names and choosing designs.
Manage social media, prepare and submit posts.
Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of documents, including contracts, proposals, reports, invoices, and correspondence.
Manage office logistics, including tidying the office, ordering supplies, and arranging necessary repairs.
Ensure all technology tools and devices are functioning properly.
Provide general administrative support, manage expenses, process invoices, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
Interact with government entities regarding permits, certificates, and licensure.
Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Find ways to surprise and delight employees with gifts, cards, flowers, etc.

Represent the company manager and participate in special projects and activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Exceptional ability to execute reliably, solve problems proactively, pay close attention to details, and prioritize time and tasks.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Previous administrative and management experience preferred.
