00 a year Preschool Assistant Director Under the supervision of the Preschool Director, the Assistant Director works with the director to plan, develop, organize, manage, and coordinate the licensed programs at Cornerstone Christian Preschool.
This may include teaching and/or supervising children as well as overseeing operations of the program.
Stay up to date on Title 22 regulations and implementations.
The Assistant Director embraces opportunities to model Christian faith to the school families, community, and staff.
The Assistant Director is regularly involved in church attendance and activities.
MUST HAVE:

years of Director/Assistant Director experience AND 3
years of preschool teaching experience.

General Responsibilities Include:
Pray for staff and students daily Substitute teaching when necessary Assist in staff meetings and orientation Assist in staff evaluations and classroom needs Assist in staff campus marketing Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the school Coordinate curriculum framework (See attachment) Keep student's files up to date Events coordinator:
Create calendar and line up events Proof and distribute class newsletters Process and inspect student accident reports Be familiar with procedures of reporting suspected child abuse Oversee our safety plan and supplies Assisting the Director in everyday running of the program and filling in as the authorized facility supervisor at any time Plan Chapel schedule every year Repair or replace broken toys and equipment Maintain staff library Make courtesy phone calls to families, who are absent or ill and answer questions as needed Job Type:
