About the role:
The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for supporting the Water product lines; performs customer service duties in accordance with department and company objectives.
Answers phone calls, processes orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Acts as liaison between customers and the company to facilitate sales and the resolution of account or service problems.
Provides customers with information about products and services.
This position is part of the Customer Service Department located in Hemet Ca.
and will be onsite.
In this role, you will:
Receive and make calls direct from customers through call center log in Monitor incoming purchase orders for review and entry into ERP Acts as customer contact regarding purchase orders and non-warranty returns Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and expediting the correction of adjustment and following up to ensure resolution Are you qualified? High School graduate or equivalent.
Min 4 years of clerical/admin/Customer Service experience required.
Oracle experience preferred but not required.
The hourly range for this role is $19.
50- $20.
50 per hour.
This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington.
This range may be modified in the future.
