Summary:
Responsible for keeping all dishes/pots/pans/utensils clean with a high standard of sanitation and stored properly by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:
Washes all pots and pans and ensures they are stored in the proper place.
Performs scheduled cleaning to facilitate kitchen needs, as assigned and maintains a clean, safe and sanitary work area.
Assists with dishwasher duties when needed.
Assists kitchen staff with food preparation when requested.
Notifies Food Service Director and/or Chef when cleaning compounds and supplies are in low supply.
Performs all duties in keeping with the mission statement of The Village and Freedom Properties.
Adheres to Food Service Dept.

Other duties, assignments and/or special projects as required may be assigned that relate to the service of our residents to daily dietary department operations.
Qualifications Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
