- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks - Supervise contractors and vendors when necessary - Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols Skills:
- Proficient in facilities maintenance- Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is a huge PLUS! - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
