Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Assist with food preparation as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Knowledge of food preparation and basic math skills - Familiarity with POS systems, such as OpenTable, is a plus Skills:
