This job provides a hands on opportunity to learn new valuable skills that will help you accel in to the world of Real Estate and Property Management.
Duties - Perform general office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, working with vendors and tenants.
- Execute and deliver notices for rent, compliance, etc - Maintain and update office records and files.
- Provide administrative support to on-site property manager, as required.
- Assist with ordering office supplies.
Experience - Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Previous experience in property management is ideal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Rent Manager or other similar tenant/property management software preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
