Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee youth programs and activities - Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children - Provide supervision and ensure the safety of all participants - Plan and organize sports activities such as flag football, soccer, and T-ball - Manage behavior and enforce rules to create a positive and respectful environment - Promote the i9 Sports experience and culture
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Experience in teaching or coaching sports activities - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members We are looking for a dedicated Youth Sports Coordinator who is passionate about working with children.
