Physical Therapy Assistant
Physical Therapy Assistant needed to perform physical therapy procedures as assigned by the supervising
Registered Physical Therapist. These procedures may include therapeutic exercise for increasing or
improving strenth, endurance, range of motion, posture, gross motor coordination and/or mobility. May
include applications of modalities for relaxation and/or the relief of pain, tightness or spasm or to
increase circulation or promote healing. These modalities may include but are not limited to heat, cold,
massage, electircal stimulation, phonophoresis or hydrotherapy. Must have a minimum of two years
satisfactory experience, licensed by the State of California to assist in the provision of physical therapy
under the supervision of a registered PT.
MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT LICENSE issued by the State of California. Minimum of two
years satisfactory experience.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
